About the event
Join us for a moderate hike on 2 trails at Shari Capehart Nature Preserve. We will incorporate meditation, movement and mindfulness on our journey. All hiking levels are welcome! We encourage togetherness on the trail. This is not a race. We move together!
Reminders:
Wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather. Check the forecast before you get dressed!
Wear good athletic shoes (good traction, good tread and comfortable)
Bring WATER!
Eat a light but filling breakfast
